Spicy Sriracha Style Quiche Lorraine

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 10 inch frozen unbaked pastry crust
  • 1 ½ cups grated Swiss Cheese
  • 5 slices Topanga’s Finest Gourmet Spicy Sriracha Style Bacon Jerky cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 3 Slices Topanga’s Finest Gourmet Spicy Sriracha Style Bacon Jerky cut into half (save for top garnish)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
  • ½ tsp. powdered mustard

DIRECTIONS

Sprinkle cheese and 1-inch bacon pieces into a pastry lined pan. Beat remaining ingredients together and pour over cheese and bacon. Bake in preheated oven (375 degrees) for 10 minutes Top with half slices of bacon and continue baking for 35 minutes or until firm and browned. Cut into wedges.
